About the Workshop
Drawing from his extensive experience in the paediatrics field, Dr. Cheng Man Yung will present a workshop on healthy child rearing practices. The workshop will emphasize the critical role of a child's early years in their overall development and future success. Participants will gain insight into various healthy child rearing practices, including the importance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and positive discipline. The workshop will also address how parents should relate to their child during different stages of the developmental cycle. Dr. Cheng will encourage interactive discussion with participants on several topics related to child rearing. Moreover, the workshop will cover the benefits of reading to a child, limiting screen time, fostering a secure attachment, and provide tips for different family members.
